These mics are just the best money can buy for long duration setups we build, I have used the gen 1 mics from Chris K. and I really was impressed with the sensitivity and they are a little bit superior to the original units. Here is the link to the Gold series mics.

Th Silver series is also got for your in-camp recorder or pack rig for night hikes, they are just slightly less sensitive so they don't get as much handling noise ( also a little cheaper in price )
