Hello, my name is Ray Hughes.
I'm originally from Richland Washington. Grew up doing lots of fishing, and riding dirt bikes.
Joined the United States Air Force in April 1989. Was stationed in the following locations: Wright-Patterson AFB Ohio near Dayton. Edwards AFB Ca in the Mojave Desert. Incirlik AFB Turkey, Osan AB South Korea, Fairchild AFB Spokane Wa., Dover AFB Delaware, Retired from the Air Force in 2011 from my last duty station which was McChord AFB Wa.
Currently I live in Frederickson Washington and work in Seattle and Renton Washington doing Nondestructive Testing (NDT)
As far as Bigfoot goes I have always been interested in the subject. Remember seeing the Patterson/Gimlin film as a kid. Always thought it would be cool to go looking. In 2012 I discovered the BFRO expeditions and signed up for the one at Morton, Wa led by Kirk Brandenburg. It was a great expedition. Some people had sightings. I was with a group of people that were around the camp fire very late. Kirk said he was going to sleep and turned to walk towards his tent. As he did those of us around the camp fire all said "goodnight" and from somewhere behind his tent we all heard a deep raspy voice mimic us with "gewwdnight" It came from the same area of an earlier sighting and growl.
I have went out every year since with friends to try to investigate the subject of Sasquatch. Unfortunately besides that mimicking, wood knocks are the only thing I've had happen.
